Pricing assumes an empty or nearly empty home in ordinary move condition. Significant buildup, construction dust, excessive debris, or other unusual conditions may require additional time.
Additional housekeeping time can be used for agreed household tasks beyond your standard cleaning.
Refrigerator and oven interiors are already included with Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning.
Prices are starting rates and may vary based on apartment size, number of bathrooms, condition, pets, and additional requests. If a visit requires substantially more time than expected, any additional work will always be discussed and approved before it is added. Applicable sales tax is additional.

Kitchen surfaces and sink, stovetop and appliance exteriors, bathroom cleaning, dusting, mirrors, vacuuming, mopping, trash, and general surface cleaning. Regular cleaning is intended for reasonably maintained homes.
Timing varies by apartment and condition. A maintained studio or small one-bedroom may take roughly 1–2 hours, while larger apartments or first-time cleans can take longer.
We bring standard cleaning products, a mop, microfiber cloths, brushes, gloves, and hand tools. We recommend providing a functioning vacuum for your home. If you need the Berry St. team to bring a vacuum, select that option when booking; a $10 equipment fee applies.
We’ll discuss any additional time and cost with you before doing the extra work. Significant buildup, heavy grease, or excessive pet hair may require an Initial / Deep Cleaning. Additional work is never added to the bill without your approval.

Yes. Weekly and biweekly cleaning are the core offering, with the same cleaner and the same day and time whenever possible. Recurring customers receive priority scheduling.
We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your confirmed appointment time. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the appointment. Berry St. housekeeping reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment at any time. If Berry St. housekeeping cancels an appointment, the customer will not be charged a cancellation fee. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. Thank you for respecting our time and allowing us the opportunity to accommodate other clients.
