Booking requests
Booking details are held in page memory while you complete the form. When you submit a request, the details are sent to berry st. housekeeping and its transactional email provider so the team can review the request, contact you, and send a confirmation. Drafts are not stored in localStorage, and the booking form does not collect payment information.
Before live booking
The final policy must describe information collected, its uses, service providers, retention periods, security practices, and how to make privacy requests. Hosting providers may process technical connection information; those practices must also be reviewed.
